This apartment can be accessed without the use of stairs. There are no steps at the entrance. This is important if you have mobility issues after a medical procedure.
PARKING
We provide 1 complimentary parking space per reservation. The parking area is situated right across the street from the building. The entrance to the parking is at W Flora St which is a short walk of 2 minutes (1 block away). This is a very rare perk offered and we are very happy to provide this to you to ensure an amazing experience with us!
RESTAURANT
Be sure to enjoy a meal or drink at the brand-new Libertee Grounds restaurant on the ground floor level of the building. Don’t forget to check out their Philly-themed mini golf course.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The building is very safe with 24-hour security. However, it is located in metro Philadelphia, which is an urban city, and there will be times when the streets are noisy and people with quality of life issues.
Kindly note that the apartment isn’t baby-proofed and we don’t have baby-specific furniture (crib, changing table). If you want to bring your own, we’d be happy to host your stay.
**Please remember this is a non-smoking building and apartment. Please do not smoke.**
Kindly understand if the key/keyfob is lost during your stay then there will be a $50 replacement fee.
The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee.
For longer-term stays over 1 week, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests.
We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. Given the health situation, we want to minimize the potential for transmission through shared supplies. Please make sure to bring your own cooking supplies if you intend to cook.

I understand there is no smoking allowed in the apartment. There is a $200 fine if there is any smell or evidence of smoking including vaping, marijuana, tobacco, and water pipes.
