This two-bedroom luxury condo includes: luxury vinyl plank flooring, a thoughtfully designed beachy interior, 9-foot ceilings, a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a bar area with all the bar equipment to whip up the perfect cocktail, along with all the necessities to make your escape memorable. Along with complimentary high-speed WiFi, this cozy condo also includes: a tv in every room, a large and comfortable sectional in the living room with plenty of seating, surround sound speakers and more. Get ready for a wonderful night of rest in one of the two bedrooms, furnished with a king mattress in the master, and a queen in the second bedroom, plus soft white linens to kick back and relax. The luxury walk-in closet has custom wood shelving for you to unpack and then immediately get your vacation started.
Each bedroom has an expansive ensuite bathroom. A brand new washer and dryer is located in the hallway for your convenience. 323 also offers complimentary concierge service through The Holiday Lifestyle Management Co. A member of their team will be available to assist with your accommodations and with special bookings such as: bike/paddle board/beach chair rentals, dinner/entertainment recommendations, special occasion needs. Included in your stay are two parking spots.
While you can enjoy the beautiful new construction of 323, please keep in mind that other buildings in the condominium are undergoing final construction phases. Amenities such as a zero-entry pool, executive center, fitness center, coffee shop and restaurant will be opening later this year and not available at this current date. There will be on-site construction equipment and crews on property, only during the hours of 7AM - 6PM.
