2 Bedroom Condo in New Smyrna Beach

Welcome to Ocean walk. This beautiful new 2/2 condo is a 7 night minimum and is located directly across from the beach in Building 19 a front building with ocean view and is a minute walk to the crystal clear, blue pool and spas. This condo is a new rental and has been lovingly decorated to check off all your comfort needs. The open plan to the living room and has a beautiful view to the Estuary and also the front porch to the building has seating and is like a private patio to view the ocean. The living room has a comfy couch and a nice recliner Lazy boy to view the large smart TV, which has cable and Roku. The full kitchen has marble countertops and all you need if you like to cook, plus counter seating for three and the dining area has a nice table as well with seating for four. The Master Bedroom has a new comfy king bed with an ensuite bath and a view to the patio with the Estuary. The Master Bath has a separate shower, and a jetted spa tub nice fluffy towels and his and hers sink with marble countertops. A large walk-in closet .The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin bed plus a large closet and the 2nd full bath in the hallway near the bedrooms. The condo offers a wash machine and dryer and also the outside screen enclosed balcony with outside furniture to relax after the beach or great for your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
About the area: Centrally located on the East coast of Florida making it ideal for daytime trips. We are the closest beach to all the Theme parks in Orlando, Disney, Epcot, Universal Studios and Cape Canaveral. Even though the Cape is 45 minutes away we get to enjoy all the rocket launches from the beach and they are incredible to witness.
OUR BEACHES: Offer a drive section & you can park on it and a no drive section. This condo is on the no drive beach. Just the sound of the waves.13 miles of white, sandy beaches offers plenty of room to spread out on the beach along with the continuous 23 miles of beach from the national park. On this barrier Island we are enclosed by two national parks. North and South beach & it doesn't get prettier than that.
Come and watch the sunrise at one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in Florida. New Smyrna Beach and the river offers glimpses of Manatees with their calves, dolphins and all different types of tropical birds along with Osprey and the American Bald Eagle. Every type of watersport is available and you can even rent a boat from the mariner for the day or there are tour boats and day fishing boats. The salt river offers the best fishing around. There are also boats that go deep water fishing as well. Surfing, paddle boarding, scuba diving you name it, it's all available. The condo is steps away to the beach and also a short ride to the old cozy main historical street Flagler Ave. With all of its unique, small shops, local artists, great restaurants, ice cream stores, beach buggy and bike rentals. Another great street is our Canal St on the mainland with great restaurants to and many on the water in every price category. This area is what Florida used to be. Not a lot of cement high rises. Just a plain sweet small city with lots of natural beauty and conservation land. The amenities include: two pools, tennis courts, gas grills, jacuzzi, sauna, two fitness centers, shuffleboard, movie theater, and two clubhouses, internet and TV. This resort style complex has direct walking access to NO DRIVE beach! To get here. Daytona Beach Airport is 25 minutes away Sanford -Orlando offers great pricing & uses smaller airports.
