Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood in University City, 10 minutes from your local surf break and 2 blocks to our local canyon greenbelt. The Murphy cottage is not a room rental, it is a private residence with its own address.
Murphy cottage has a good sized living room, a dining area, large fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a full bathroom. The living room and kitchen have a modern open feel, well lit by french doors and a garden window ready for an herb garden. The bedroom is tucked away from the street with a large window and ample closet space. Central air conditioning and heat will keep this modern cottage comfortable year round. The bathroom has a tiled shower and full-size stackable washer/dryer in the unit. Front patio area. Rent includes ALL utilities, trash, water, sewer, and high speed Internet. Gas and electric paid up to $50/month.
