Positive: The owner is kind and available, we arrived very late and he was always in touch. Only that we had to kill like 4 cockroaches on arrival, he mentioned that there was a fumigation closeby and that's probably why they entered his place, I would suggest to have the studio furmigated as well to stop cockroaches from staying in the place, and there were a lot of ants, also on the bed, and the bed was quite noisy and the fridge wasn't too clean and sticky, therefore we had trouble sleeping just in case there were gonna be more. There is also good hot water and good value for money, specially if you're looking for a place to crash for a few hours.
