➤ Unauthorized Late Checkout: Staying past the scheduled check-out time without prior approval will result in a $50/hour penalty. If the overstay exceeds 2 hours, a full additional cleaning fee may be applied.

➤ Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only.
