This beach house is fresh, welcoming and is a great entertainer for all holiday purposes. Entertainment areas include an undercover pergola, games shed (pool table and table tennis table, TV, fridge and special access bathroom adjoining), mini basketball court, backyard lawn area with swing set and outdoor shower. Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings. Inside includes lounge/dining/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, laundry and bathroom with a separate toilet Bedroom configurations Bed 1 and 2 = Queen Beds, Bed 3 = 2 x Bunk Beds. Kitchen Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Slow Cooker, Toaster, Kettle, 8 seater dining table. General Facilities TV + Blue Ray Player, R/C Air-conditioner, Washing Machine + Clothes line, Ceiling fans in bedrooms, BBQ in pergola, Encounter bike path access. This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
