Positive: It was easy to find the apartment and get the keys. Everything we needed was there and we were even able to do a mid week clothing wash. They allowed us to check in a bit early to drop our bags off, so we did not have to carry them around town. Thank you for the stay!
Negative: There were a few little things that need to be fixed within the apartment. The radiator in the living room took a bit to figure out as the entire part you adjust spins. The freezer has an over abundancy of ice that needs to be cleaned out. But these are things, that unless they are told, they cannot fix. Overall, nothing major to complain about.
Summary: If we come to this area again, we will contact them again to stay here. Well worth it and felt safe.
