With its private pool, an excellent barbecue area, views and a comfortable furnishing, the price of this villa is really unbeatable. The villa has a quiet situation on the outskirts of Nerja (2 km) with the town center and beaches just a ten minute drive away.
Location and outside area
This is the ideal villa for outside living; you can cool off in your own private pool with roman steps (7m x 3.8m and 1.3m – 1.75m deep), enjoy a siesta at the shaded veranda or use the barbecue for your alfresco dinners. It will seem that sunny days never come to an end! The villa has a peaceful situation in the countryside, but is well accessed. If you are able to tear yourself away from this relaxing spot, then go visit the beautiful surrounding villages or experience the grandeur of Granada's splendid Alhambra Palace. For nights out, Nerja offers a fine selection of restaurants, tapa bars and opportunities to make a fiesta.

Summary: Exactly as described. Location is perfect if you are driving, is quiet and has an amazing view! The entire villa is for yourself. Sergio and his dad are amazing people. Improve? Hmm.. probably the fence around the pool or if the pool can be heated.
