Walk into Neptunes Lookout and be welcomed by an open concept kitchen and living room - filled with windows to brighten up the room with the warm sunshine!
Enjoy sitting in the sun and grilling with the family on the back porch off of the living room! With an outdoor deck table and a small backyard for the family to enjoy.
Need a break from the sunshine? Then relax and eat dinner in the kitchen at the family sized table!
The first floor bedroom is right off of the kitchen with one Queen bed and Two twins (can be converted to King) so you and the whole family can be comfortable together! There is also access to the lookout deck on the first floor!
On the main floor, you will also find the full size bathroom with an elegant shower/tub.
Head up the stairs to the second floor and stroll by all the salty shells and a welcoming book collection - ahh welcome to Vacation!
The living space to the left is perfect for a fun competitive family game night! With shelves stocked to the brim with board games including Scrabble, Pictionary, and many puzzles.
To the right of the living space, you will find a modernized shower and bathroom with beautiful marble tops!
The primary bedroom on the second floor has a large balcony with a view of the sandy Moody Beach! Sit out with your family, or enjoy your morning cup of coffee before starting your day with a sunrise or sunset!
Need to get some work done also? Use the new work desk that has been added just for your use.
The primary bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed, TV, and a coffee bar with drip coffee for when you need coffee no matter the time of day!
Head up to the third floor and final floor to find the loft feel bunk room with a play area for an intense game of chess with an ocean view! This room is home to two full under twin bunk beds.
Parking for a maximum of two cars in the driveway and enjoy the two-minute walk down to Public Way #2 or #3 to enjoy the beach from Neptunes Lookout!
