Positive: No breakfast included. "Kitchen" was a shelf with a microwave, plates, and utensils - no sink. Had to wash up dishes in bathroom sink. Bedroom adjacent to living room on one side and bathroom on other side. Clean and comfortable. Easy entry with key from lockbox. Code was sent to us through the booking.com website. Apartment is in rear of house with parking spot in driveway.
Negative: Never spoke to host. No contact, but we managed just fine on our own.
