Positive: The owner is very welcoming and friendly. She did her utmost to accommodate us in the best way she could. Very central as its just a 7 minute walk to the centre of Olbia. We found parking in the street too which was very easy.
Negative: The fact that our room had an external bathroom but we knew about this from beforehand so it was our mistake for not checking properly.
