FT. unit that reflects modern times with granite countertops, a well-equipped kitchen providing guests with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with freezer section, and smaller items such as a coffee maker. Create lasting family memories while enjoying a meal together at the unit’s 4-person dining room table.
The master bedroom offers guests 1 King Bed with adjoining bathroom which provides a sleek glass shower. Bedroom 2 known as the Bunk Bedroom offers 2 Bunk Beds Sets (Two Twin over Full sets to total 2 Top Twin Beds and 2 Bottom Full Beds.) An additional King Bed occupies Bedroom 3. The Guest Bathroom provides guest with tub/shower combo. Towels/washcloths are provided.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
