T-tops will not fit due to the height restrictions. There is NO available trailer parking otherwise on the property. This property does have a designated boat slip and can fit up to a 30-foot boat. Guests are responsible for finding off-site parking if their trailer and vehicle don't fit. There are multiple options in the area. Additionally, our outstanding pier offers not only excellent fishing opportunities but also a serene spot for basking in the warm Southern Alabama sun. To cool off, the complex features a sparkling pool where you can relax with your family and create lasting memories.
Proximity to Wolf Bay: While Wolf Bay is the immediate body of water at your doorstep, the famous white sandy beaches of Alabama are just a quick five-minute drive away. Enjoy the best of both worlds, with opportunities for boating and beachcombing.

Winter Season Reservations: Please note that reservations made before October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made with a minimum stay of either three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
