This open concept home is here to offer you a vacation to remember, with adventure possibilities that include, but are not limited to golfing, hiking, biking and desert sight-seeing or relaxing by the pool with a good book while enjoying your favorite snacks and beverages.
As soon as you enter the private courtyard, you are welcomed by a gas log fireplace with a relaxing seating area. This home offers a spacious kitchen with a gourmet gas range, built-in oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, large walk-in pantry and much more. Those interested in culinary creativity will find the kitchen a blank slate for your cooking pleasure; the kitchen features a sit up bar area giving you an opportunity to connect with others while spending time making your latest creation, and the dining room is found just off the kitchen too! It’s sunny, and has a large table that has the ability to seat 8 if needed.
Just around the corner is the bar room/nook perfect for after dinner cocktails or that last glass of vino while talking about the day’s adventures and planning tomorrow’s excursions. Or, you may wish to retreat to the living room and watch your favorite movies or programs and if that’s not enough, enter into the billiards room and watch tv while engaging in a challenging game of eight-ball!
Casa Macias offers 2450sq feet of livin’-it-up space with a Master bedroom with on-suite bathroom, king size bed, walk-in closet, ambience fireplace, tv and pool access. The guest room offers a queen size bed, walk-in closet and full private bathroom with double doors that open up to the courtyard!
There is a private backyard with a pool, putting green, outdoor kitchen (barbecue), lounge chairs, outdoor dining table and extra seating areas for your relaxation needs!
The pool can be heated for an additional cost of $245.00 per week/ $35.00 per day. However, the summer sunshine does a wonderful job of heating the pool naturally. Please discuss this option at time of rental with your hosts.
We are located 60 minutes from SkyHarbor airport and 15 minutes from Mesa/Gateway regional airport. There are multiple golf courses in the immediate area to choose from for all levels of play. We are also 50 to 60 minutes from Peoria, Scottsdale and the Phoenix areas.
