Positive: The property was absolutely beautiful, very spacious with 5 bedrooms which was great for our extended family trip. Very clean and tidy with plenty of room throughout the villa and it has to be mentioned that the beds were so comfortable. Every bedroom had their own tv and the large cinema screen tv in the living room with a large list of channels was great. Having our own private pool to entertain the kids between all the parks was excellent. The amenities provided were first class. It really felt like a home. The host was very welcoming and even left our kids a little welcoming gift of chocolate bunnies as we visited over Easter. There were also a lot of favours from the host to help get us started with items such as toiletries, washing up liquid, laundry detergent etc. Their communication was excellent and was always ensuring everything was okay with us or if we needed any help with anything. The villa’s location was excellent and so close to all the Disney and universal parks as well as other food/shopping areas. The villa was within a private housing area and had a public swimming pool with great slides for the kids, a gym, tennis court and kids park. We would 100% return to this property if we were to return to Orlando. We were so sad to leave the property and the kids are already asking when we can go back to ‘the princess house’ thank you to the host again!
