Fully appointed kitchen with breakfast nook with seating for four. Additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. Spacious dining area and living area has electric recliner sofas. Open up the sliders to a comfortable and inviting enclosed lanai. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closets and large bathroom suite. Separate water closet and roman shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, front bedroom is set up as a den with large flat screen TV. The closet in the den is for owners' usage. Guest bath has shower/tub combo.
