Summary: Great Location, comfortable beds, and a nice big common area. It was definitely worth it, although the owner is still working out some of the kinks (trim, etc.). The only things I didn't really like was a frosted glass door connecting the house to a room for rent and the master Bathroom has slatted closet doors without doorknobs.
