It's lined with upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, boutiques and luxury hotels along Las Olas Blouevard and the Riverwalk. Major rental car providers such as Budget, Avis, and Hertz can be found inside the Fort Lauderdale Airport terminal and can be booked online in advance of your arrival. Just a 6 minute drive from the Ft Lauderdale Airport the house can be easily reached by car or taxi.

*** Important Additional Details ***
1). NO SMOKING/VAPING. No Smoking on premises (smoking on site will be subject to a $250 penalty and automatic removal from our apartment). This is a smoke free property interior units and exterior common areas. Fines up to $1000.00 per occurrence for account of guest. Excessive cleaning fees and special equipment are needed to ready the area for next guest.
2). NO PARTIES/EVENTS. Only registered guests permitted. Unauthorized guests will incur additional fees and result in violation of agreement terms and potential eviction. Please contact your host to ensure any additional guests are accounted for in the reservation.
3). NOISE LEVELS. City of Pompano Beach is on "quiet time" restrictions. These hours are in effect from 10:00pm to 7:00am daily. Fines up to $500.00 per occurrence for account of guest.
4). NO PETS. Catalina by the Beach is a pet free environment. We love our furry animals, however, due to various reasons and allergen potentials, this policy remains in force. Fines up to $300.00 per occurrence in addition to excessive cleaning fees will apply.
5). DAMAGE. Any damage created by guest on premises with be for the account of guest. These damage fees will be billed to guest upon checkout.
- Please flush toilet paper ONLY. Feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, garbage, paper towels, flushable wipes, etc MUST be disposed in garbage provided.
