This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom luxury duplex has gorgeous ocean views from the main living area and 180 degree ocean views from the roof top deck. It is also equipped with the convenience of an elevator to help with luggage, groceries or the physically challenged.
On the ground level you will find the first master suite with a walk-in shower and designer tile. From this bedroom you have access to a fenced in backyard through the large sliding glass door. This room has a nice size Smart TV, ceiling fan, a queen bed and a closet to hang your belongings.
On the first floor of this brand new duplex you have the second master suite with dual sinks, a shower with floor to ceiling tile and a spacious walk in closet. This bedroom has a King size bed, a Smart TV, ceiling fan and a private covered deck perfect for sipping your morning coffee. The
