Positive: The view and location were fantastic. Easy access to the beach and not too crowded. We enjoyed the balcony and having coffee outside in the morning, the proximity to the beach couldn't have been better with beautiful views of the Gulf of America!
Negative: The condo had issues. The washer did not work, it was reported to the property owner immediately and it took almost 24 hours for a reply at that point we had decided to just let it be addressed once we leave to not tie us up during our stay. The air conditioner also occasionally leaked water from under it causing water to puddle in the hallway.
Summary: The view and location were great, the other issues would result in us not returning to this unit.
