OPEN FOR BOOKINGS FOR 4TH JULY ONWARDS Nautilicious", a 2 bedroomed, 2 Bathroomed cottage backs directly onto the River Torridge. It has been totally renovated over the winter, with a brand new kitchen, lounge, dining room, airy reading room with a single day bed, (if required), and downstairs shower room. An originally tiled hallway leads upstairs to a big family bathroom with free standing bath, and very large power shower. A double bedroom at the back has views over the estuary. The large main bedroom enjoys the luxury of a super king bed, all with clean fresh linen and towels, and plentiful storage space. The rear garden backs on to the water. There is plenty of seating for all the family. Why not sit and relax and enjoy the sound of water and see boats, canoes or gigs go by, or listen to children playing on the water. There is on road parking just around the corner, or a public pay & display car park is just a short 5 min, walk away. Bideford town centre is a very short 5 minute walk away, with a good variety of shops, banks, cafes, restaurants and takeaways. There is a regular bus service to all local towns and villages, and a taxi rank on the Quay, all very nearby. The Tarka Trail is opposite the Cottage, and bicycle Hire shop is a few doors down. There is also a small slipway a few yards away, for the discerning canoeist / boat person. A number of beaches, including Westward Ho! Instow, and Appledore, are just a short drive away. The large beaches of Saunton and Woolacombe are easily accessible for a fantastic day out.
