Positive: Entertainment team were great. 50% of bar staff / servers were great, the other 50% rude and disinterested. Beds were comfy and black out blinds were good.
Negative: Lots. It isn't 5* or anywhere near. No refills of bottled water in rooms, limited to how much you can change your pool towels, our room was cleaned once in 7 days. 50% of staff were rude and couldn't be arsed.
