Summary: The condo is centrally located to either front range, downtown, or just checking out all of Denver area has to offer. The grounds and pool are well kept with plenty of parking. King bed was comfy and two full baths were great to have. The condo is located on bear creek bike trail that will take you to South Platt bike trail as well as 470 bike trail. We were lucky enough to stay for a year and enjoyed the following: * Red Rocks concerts and hiking within mins, stop in at the Cow for fabulous breakfast * Breweries are close by * Golden and Boulder are very close, and Colorado Springs is just a couple hours away for a nice day trip. * 25 mins to Evergreen for hiking or walking around the lake * Mount Falconry area has tons of hiking, our favorite was Sunrise hike in Christmas morning. * Golfing within 5 mins and both restaurants at Fox Hollow and Homestead are great. * 49ner restaurant was good. All in all a great place at a reasonable price.
