The Space:
This newly developed space is located on the fourth floor of the Historic Theater Building on 4th St in downtown Louisville, immediately south of the central business district. We have no affiliation with the Palace Theater. Guests will not have direct access to the theater or theater privileges. You will enter the building through the main entrance on S 4th St and an elevator will take you to the fourth floor. The front door locks at 7 PM daily, but an exterior key pad will allow access to the building after hours.
The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, a master bathroom and full bathroom. The common spaces are well designed with plenty of room for all guests. The sofa converts into an additional bed. The kitchen features stainless appliances and has everything needed to make a meal, minus the food. There is a laundry room in the apartment with side-by-side washer and dryer for any laundry needs during your stay. There is an EV charger located inside of the garage if needed.
NOTE: You may be able to hear live music from the suite due to the busy nightlife, and being near 4th Street Live.
We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels).

This property has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community.

With its unique streetscape program and a collection of museums and cultural institutions, you will enjoy Main Street’s vitality and creative energy, from its 120 foot bat to the red penguins roaming its rooftops. “Museum Row,” downtown’s West Main Street is home to nearly myriad attractions in one historic neighborhood, located a block south of the Ohio River.
America’s second largest collection of Victorian cast-iron facades. Only New York City’s SoHo district has more 19th century cast-iron storefronts.
These must-see attractions include the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory, Muhammad Ali Center, Frazier History Museum, Kentucky Science Center and more. Bourbon enthusiasts will enjoy the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience and this area will also be the home of Michter's Distillery. Art lovers will enjoy: Glassworks, KMAC, 21c Museum Hotel, Actor’s Theatre of Louisville and The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts. Not to mention the KFC Yum! Center, a multi-purpose sports and concert arena, located downtown.
This suite is also conveniently a few minutes ride from the shops and galleries of NuLu, the beauty of Cherokee Park, the University of Louisville, Bardstown Road and Frankfort Avenue, and Churchill Downs racetrack.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available nearly 24/7 and can take you anywhere in the city. Most destinations can be reached in 15 minutes or less.
Other Things to Note:
You will be renting an apartment. Unlike a hotel, no one is on-site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all.
Our kitchens are well-equipped to prepare meals and feature all cookware and dining utensils. Basics, such as salt, pepper, and oil, are often on-site. However, we are not always made aware when the last of these items are used. Please check the space before going to the grocery to ensure you have all items necessary for meal preparation.
There is a gym on the 3rd floor of the building. We provide a code with the check in instructions. Please enjoy!
