Simply elegant. Palm Springs Villas is an ideal destination and location for every Palm Springs visitor. Tucked away in the North end of Palm Springs, just across the way from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, this upper unit is open and available for your extended retreat.
Neutral and warm tones create a comfortable and calming atmosphere blending influences of the desert landscape to bring the outdoors in. A cozy patio just off the living rooms allows for just a hint of that desert warmth to enter the unit and truly connect the inside with the out.
Close to the start of the Uptown Design District and near the heart of Downtown Palm Springs. The community boasts lush landscape and large pools to cool off during the peak temps of the day!
Community pool and hot tub is available from 7AM-11PM. Pool is heated in the cooler months and the hot tub is activated on-site.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
