This Suite is attached to a main home (separate listing) that sits in a quiet neighborhood, atop a hill with a large front yard & convenient wrap-around driveway/parking. The “Record Studio Suite” has its own Private Entrance/Door. It sleeps up to 4 comfortably with one queen bed & queen sleeper sofa. Includes a full kitchen, bath, & stackable w/d unit. Relax only 12 mins from downtown Nashville (~$12-$15 Uber). The Record Studio Suite is attached to a home that has the capacity to sleep up to 20 people & host large groups. If interested, contact me for the listing. Guests can access the Studio Suite which has its own private entrance to the left of the garage in back of home. I prefer to give my guests space, however, if you need me, I’m always available via text or call. Only 12 minutes from downtown Nashville! Quiet Nashville neighborhood. Uber or our special Hummer Limo Service (contact for more info & pricing) This mother-in-law suite is attached to a main house, with its own private entrance.
