Quiet Time: Observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM on the deck and in the yard.
Safety: The yard's steep and rocky terrain can be slippery. Do not go on these rocks.
Children Supervision: If children are visiting during your stay, supervise them at all times both in and outside the home.
Septic & Waste Disposal: Waste is managed by a septic system. Please avoid disposing of food waste, coffee grounds, floss, Q-tips, feminine products, condoms, etc in sinks or toilets.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home at any time.
No Sports Equipment Inside: Do not bring bicycles, skis, or other sports equipment inside the house. A spot for locking bikes is available behind the house.
Garbage & Recycling: Recycling bins for beverage containers and household recycling are in the front-door closet. Empty bins using the marked containers beside the parking area if needed.
Kitchen, BBQ & Patio: The main gas valve for the BBQ is located on the house wall next to the BBQ. Turn it ON to use the BBQ and OFF after each use. Clean the BBQ after each use with the provided tools.
Check-Out Procedure:
Check-out time is at 11 AM.
Leave bedding on the bed and towels in the bathrooms.
Tidy the kitchen: wash dishes, pots, and pans, or load and start the dishwasher.
Take or dispose of leftover food.
Lock the house and place the keys in the lockbox.
