This newly updated and impeccably furnished condo in the Cottages at Naples Bay Resort includes access to the world-class Naples Bay Club amenities and is ideally located on US 41 adjacent to historic Tin City and 5th Avenue South. Our quoted rates include all resort registration and daily resort fees - so please compare carefully against other similar rentals! You will NOT be responsible for any additional fees to pay on site when you book this unit but with some other units in the complex, you will have to pay those separately. This is a premium unit with higher quality design, furnishings and finishes than many others in the complex. If you are picky and seeking a contemporary luxury caliber condo, this one is for you! Within the condo, Unit I-205 in the Cottages, you will find a nautical navy blue and white color palette across tasteful designer furnishings that complement the waterfront lifestyle that this property offers. A fully equipped and spacious kitchen opens to the living room and dining room. The screened and covered balcony offers views of the lushly landscaped area outside and is furnished with a sectional sofa - perfect for enjoying the balmy breezes flowing in off of Naples Bay. The master bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub and separate walkout shower. The guest room has a queen size bed and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The condo is equipped with a full suite of white linens, sanitized fresh for each guest. The bedroom carpet is of a luxury quality and was replaced in 2021. The unit sleeps 4 people in beds, however we can accommodate up to 6 guests with use of a luxury quality queen size air mattress that is provided. The living room sofa is not a pull-out/sleeper. All guests staying in the condo and listed on your guest list may enjoy access to the Naples Bay Club, which includes the following: - Pool complex with a zero entry free form pool with waterfall, hot tub, lap pool, lazy river, and separate adults only pool and hot tub. Cabana rentals are available. - Poolside bar and dining - State of the art fitness center with class schedule - Full service spa - Tennis center - Marina offering boat rentals - Additional on-property restaurants in the marina area including Bonefish Grill, Nosh, and Cafe on the Bay
