Welcome to Nana’s Place, Jetty East 406B, on 900 feet of white sandy beaches where you can swim in the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Destin, Florida. Located on Holiday Isle, it sits where the East Pass and the Gulf of Mexico come together. It offers walking access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment, yet away from the traffic of Highway 98. It is a short walk to the Jetty on the East Pass for great fishing and snorkeling or just sitting on the rocks and watching the boats come and go. You will love cooking out and eating in the 3200 sq ft Beach Pavilion, perfect for enjoying that full moon over the beach. Our top goal is your comfort and enjoyment. This beautiful 4th Floor unit is well appointed for your beach getaway! A TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH, featuring a King Size Bed in the Master, One Queen and One Double Bed in the Second Bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa, all provide ample sleeping space. Relax and enjoy the Beautiful Jetty/Bay view from your morning coffee to gorgeous sunsets and evening activity (fireworks on Thursday evenings in the summer) all from the comforts of the cozy sun room or the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances including microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, a garbage disposal, over the counter lights, coffee pot, and a crock pot. Enjoy the updated electronics: 55" Streaming Smart TV in Living Room with DVD/CD Player and DVR, a 42" Smart TV with DVD in master bedroom and a 25" HD TV with DVD in Secondary Bedroom. The sound bar in the living room can be connected to all your devices for entertainment pleasure. For your convenience there is a Washer and Dryer in the Unit, and all rooms have at least one USB Port Outlet. Lounge in the sun room, or play a game of chess while you enjoy the Boats Coming and Going in the East Pass, as well as the beauty and nature of Lake Christina.
