Positive: The place looks exactly like the photos, so it's great! I like the location and the price was really good value for the facilities and amenities you get in this apartment. The beds are comfortable and if felt & looks clean. The bathroom are well equipped with hairdryer, hot showers, and private within the apartment. No complain for that. The kitchen is also complete, so you can save money rather than going out to eat. There's also a pharmacy next to the building, if you need to buy water or some snacks. It is also super safe, where there are passcode locks to enter the building and apartment. Highly recommend this location for your family and if you want to explore the CDMX main city.
Negative: It's beyond the apartment's control, but I have to share this. The apartment is next to a park, and sometimes at night the people who hang out there get loud and play loud music on Fridays and the weekend. It's completely understandable, but still it can be bothering to some ppl. Also, the response from the managers of the apartment in the WhatsApp sometimes is slow, need to wait one day for a response. But also, not a big problem.
