Welcome to our beautiful Na Hale O'Keauhou Townhome! An amazing place to enjoy your vacation on the Big Island. Just a short walk to Kahaluu Beach and breathtaking ocean views from the lanai. Na Hale O' Keauhou is a Premier Gated Community located in the heart of the Keauhou Resort. It's close to beaches, shopping, a movie theater, and golf course. The landscaping is lush and well attended. This town-home has also been well maintained and is beautifully furnished. You are greeted with a feeling of light, open space, and ocean and coastline views.
The Two-Story Townhome features an upscale kitchen is well-equipped and a breakfast bar with 3 stools, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The dining area table will seat up to 6, or enjoy your dinner on the private lanai! The living area is furnished in a relaxed island décor and both the living area and the dining area open onto the lanai overlooking the greenbelts and ocean. This creates a very expansive and private feel to your villa. Relaxing on the lanai with a book and your morning coffee is a delightful way to begin your day. The mountains rise majestically in the distance and remind you that you are indeed in a very special place.
The master bedroom suite features a King bed, ceiling fan, bath with dual sinks, walk in shower and separate soaking tub. Step out on your own private lanai to enjoy the plumeria scented air each morning and lovely ocean view when you arise. This is the ideal spot to enjoy a cup of our locally grown Kona coffee!
The first guest bedroom offers two twin beds and en-suite bath with combination tub/shower. The second guest bedroom, located on the main floor, features a comfortable king sized bed and opens to the main floor full bath with shower and large vanity area.
The full-sized washer and dryer in the condo make it easy to care for your family's needs. All the linens, laundry soaps, kitchen supplies, and paper goods for your stay will be furnished for your convenience.
The condo is equipped with high speed wireless internet and cable TV with DVD/CD. There is a large screen TV in the living area. In addition to the living area TV, there is a TV in the master bedroom and in the main floor guest bedroom. This home offers free long distance calls to North America as well as free local calling.
An assortment of beach gear, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, assortment of snorkel gear, and beach toys may be found in the closet with the washer/dryer. Beach towels are provided! The beautiful resort style pool for this neighborhood is located just a short stroll from your front door. The pool area offers a hot tub, Children's shallow pool section, restrooms, and shaded areas for relaxing along with lush tropical landscaping. Enjoy our colorful flowers and trees and listen to the songs of the many happy birds who also enjoy resort living!
It is just an invigorating stroll up the hill to Keauhou Shopping Center for shopping, dining, entertainment, and services and a short 4.5 mile drive into Kailua town for additional shopping and dining adventures. A terrific Farmers' Market takes place there on Saturday mornings from 8 am until noon.
Kahaluu Bay is a 2 minute drive from your front door and is great for swimming, snorkeling, and sunning. White Sands Beach Park is just a mile further up Alii Drive. Enjoy the spas and restaurants at the Sheraton, which is just 5 minutes south. Experience a luau and enjoy the sunset over the ocean. Watch the Manta Rays perform their graceful ballet from Rays on the Bay at the Sheraton.
Amenities include a pool, children's pool, and spa and a fitness room. There is a pavilion with kitchen and gas grill for entertaining. All of the comforts of resort living! This common area has just gone through major renovations and the pool recently replastered.
