**The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

Summary: Amazing stay! Condo is very clean, in a very good location for easy access to every attraction, and has a great view of Branson sunrise! All beds are cloud soft and have adjustable backs to sit the mattresses up. 1st floor, down stairs, but this means kids wont disturb neighbors if they get rowdy. Huge plus for our family. Plenty of blankets throughout to stay warm, additional heater/fireplace in the living room was a huge hit with the wife, makeup wipes in the bathrooms available, and extra pillows in each closet. This place was fully loaded with everything you need. Condo entrance off the main road is easy to miss, be ready for a sharp turn in, and a steep grade slope going down, but it puts you in such a great view spot, it's worth it. Condo was populated with mostly tourist, not too many locals living there from what we could tell, clean area, felt safe.
