Positive: We had a great stay at this apartment in Florence! The location is unbeatable — just steps from Ponte Vecchio and within easy walking distance to all the major attractions in the city center. Being able to explore Florence on foot and return quickly to the apartment was a huge plus, especially in the summer heat. The apartment itself is spacious and well-suited for a group of 3–4 people. It’s ideal for families or even two couples, as long as you’re comfortable with an open-plan layout between the bedroom and the living room. Both the bed and the sofa were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — a real lifesaver during the hot summer days. The neighborhood felt very safe, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. It was also really nice to be able to enjoy the city at night and know we were just a short walk from home. All in all, a cozy, well-located apartment that made our stay in Florence easy and enjoyable!
Negative: One thing to note: arranging the check-in was a bit confusing, as we had to coordinate with two different people. Also, be aware that there may be an extra fee for late evening check-ins, so it’s best to confirm your arrival time in advance. That said, the staff were friendly and flexible once we got in touch, so just make sure to discuss everything ahead of time.
