The Space:
BEDROOMS
There are two main bedrooms both Queen beds, split system heating/cooling and both on the top level. The master has robe and ensuite. The second bedroom has built in robe and use of the second bathroom with bath tub. On the ground floor there is a study on entrance that is set up with single bed and additional trundle for the 6th guest. There is no door on this room.
LIVING ROOM
5 seater sofa with Smart TV and reverse cycle heating and cooling. Located on the middle level with the kitchen/dining and powder room. Also has direct access to balcony with bar table/stools and Gas BBQ.
KITCHEN/DINING
Dining table comfortable for 3 adults with bar stools also on kitchen bech, electric oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher, fully equipped with the essentials including utensils, cups, glasses, pots & pans, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Some tea and coffee is supplied to get you started. Plenty of work space on stone top benches.
BATHROOMS
Master ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. Main bathroom has shower over bath, vanity and toilet. There is also a powder room on middle level with toilet and wash basin.
LAUNDRY
Washing trough and top loader washing machine and dryer in garage. BYO Laundry Detergent.
