Apartamento recién reformado y totalmente equipado y amueblado de 80 m2, ubicado en edificio con ascensor y con parking opcional en el mismo edificio (30 € / día).
Este cómodo apartamento de aproximadamente 90 m² se encuentra en un edificio con ascensor y ofrece la conveniencia adicional de un Parking Privado opcional por 25 €/día. Ubicado cerca de la estación de metro Muntaner, disfrutarás de un fácil acceso al transporte público y a los diversos puntos de interés de Barcelona.
El apartamento cuenta con un acogedor salón-comedor que se abre a una bonita terraza orientada, ideal para disfrutar de momentos al aire libre. Con capacidad para alojar hasta 6 personas cómodamente, distribuidas en 3 habitaciones con 4 camas individuales y 1 cama doble, además de un sofá-cama doble en el salón, en cada apartamento. Además, sin son grupos de más de 6 personas hay la posibilidad de solicitar el alquiler de mas apartamentos en el mismo edificio.
La cocina está completamente equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, cocina eléctrica, hervidor eléctrico, horno, nevera y vitrocerámica. Además, hemos incluido una plancha, secador de pelo, TV, aire acondicionado, calefacción, lavadora y secadora para garantizar tu comodidad. Además, tendrás acceso gratuito a Wi-Fi durante tu estancia en Barcelona.

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).
- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
