Villa The Beauty is located in the heart of old Mahon, , the house is recently renovated from a former chapel, with a unique style, it was featured in the tv show Capital in 2016.
You will find a peaceful atmosphere to guarantee an unforgettable holiday on Menorca with the family and friends.
Luxurious details and detailed renovations in 600 square meters of living areas, spreads on 4 levels and 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and TV.
On the ground floor there are the entrance with an huge reception room, the fully equipped open kitchen in the same ambient of the dining area with table and chairs and an external terrace with another dining area for al fresco dinners, overlooking the pool.
Complete this level one double bedroom (configurable in two twins), with en suite bathroom.
Moving on the lower floor a very spacious living room with sofas, TV and the direct access to the summer kitchen with a dining area, a covered terrace with Jacuzzi and shower, where to have moments of pure relaxation, the swimmingpool, it is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds.
By the impressive staircase we arrive at the first floor , the big lounge area runs around the central fireplace, some cozy sofas for chatting together and tables creates a calm and convivial ambient. Here we find also 3 bedrooms: the Master suite with a private bathroom with bathtub and shower,and two double rooms sharing a large bathroom, and the terrace with an outdoor shower.
The last bedroom in located on the second floor, it has 4 single beds and en-suite bathroom, the guests will appreciate a terrace with the access to the roof where is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, the heating for cold periods, and fans.
Villa The Beauty offers to its guests a garage and a laundry room, the BBQ, in a quiet street in just five minutes walking we reach the shops, Ca’n Olivier Museum and many other cultural activities. The harbor, about 10 minutes walking, is reachable also by car and then the lift to arrived down to the restaurants and the promenade.
