there are covered patios some are equipped with very elegant garden furniture such as sofas and arm chairs, there is also a covered area with table chairs and barbeque where to organize al fresco meals.
The interiors of the villa covers over 130 sqm; and develops all in one floor, at the entrance there is a large open space very bright with glass doors facing the garden and pool, it is equipped with sofas (which can be converted into a double bed), satellite TV, dining area with table and chairs, and fully equipped kitchen with Electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker. There are two double bedrooms each with a king size bed, and one full bathroom with shower.
