A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity (up to 300 kwh per week, extra consumption € 0,30 per kwh), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
