Finca Bering has been completely renovated in 2017, making this beautiful estate a perfect place for family and friends holidays.
With its 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a lovely private pool it can accommodate up to 7 people in a unique style that combines tradition and luxury along with comfort and intimacy.
The outdoor offers many areas some of which are set on different levels, all equipped with top quality furniture as sunbeds and sun umbrellas all around the pool, Balinese beds, dining table with chairs for al fresco meals, all surrounded by lush vegetation.
The interiors are simply spectacular, a perfect blend of modernity and tradition with a touch of luxury, that makes this finca even more attractive and the ideal place for memorable holidays.
Finca Bering is spread over two levels as follows:
Lower level:
Entrance hall.
Living room with TV (Satellite) with sofas and direct access to the outdoor balcony with amazing views towards the sea.
Fully-equipped kitchen with induction hobs, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer (Balay), dishwasher, toaster, kettle, juice maker, shaker and laundry machine-dryer (Balay).
1 double bedroom with one double bed (1.50 x 1.90m).
1 double bedroom with one double bed (1.50 x 1.90m).
1 bedroom with 1 single bed (0.90 x 1.90m).
1 full bathroom with shower.
Upper level:
1 double master bedroom with one double bed (1.80 x 2m) with sofa and TV. Access through a balcony with amazing views.
1 complete bathroom with shower.
Exterior:
Private pool (4m x 8m).
12 sunbeds and 2 balinese beds.
3-4 parasols.
Barbeque area (built in bbq) – charcoal. Large table.

Neighborhood and surroundings:
Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.
Rental rules:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date. Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00. Late check-in (after 20:00): € 100 (subject to arrangement). A security deposit of 3000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages. Included in price: Electricity, gas, water, garden maintenance and swimming pool. One cleaning and change of bedlinen and towels every week.
Extras with charges: extra bed € 20 per day under request and previous acceptation, cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per booking, reservations fee € 30 per booking.
