Effective June 17, 2024 through September 13, 2024 the A building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. There will be additional noise from surrounding work on Building A through September 13, 2024. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
Stunning unobstructed, panoramic views of the Pacific and neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai. Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front salt water swimming pools (one heated pool right outside your lanai and we provide beach/pool towels), three tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs, two saunas and putting greens. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach.
**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
Papakea A107 offers a window A/C in the living room. This oceanfront 1-bedroom condo is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Sip your morning coffee as turtles swim below and whales breach (during whale season); dine al fresco watching glorious, west-facing sunsets from your private lanai. The occasional rainbows are absolutely magical! Papakea Resort is located within walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, farmer's market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Also, it is just a short drive to both Ka'anapali and Kapalua world class golf courses.
You'll feel at home the moment you step inside and are introduced to a calming color scheme of cool blues and Hawaiian inspired furniture and décor. Surrounded by sliding glass doors, there's a view from virtually every angle within this condo. You'll stay cool with the Maui winds right off the ocean and there are also ceiling fans throughout. The main living area has a window A/C and offers a Queen sleeper sofa for your extra guests. Step into the dreamy and spacious bedroom that is nicely decorated and enjoy sleeping in a King size bed.
Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have a after-hours emergency dispatchers to assistance when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. One beach chair and beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests.
