You will love "My Happy Place" and we guarantee it will be yours too! Nestled on quiet Cottage Avenue, you will find a relaxing beach cottage to call your own. Beautiful wood floors throughout with white walls and blue accents make this open living space a calm oasis. A partial view of the Gulf is visable from the living room and dining area. The spacious deck offers a shady spot to enjoy the Gulf breezes, outdoor dining and grilling, or a great place to read a book with your morning coffee.
Two Full Bedrooms both have new ensuite baths with showers. There is a twin room off the well appointed kitchen and a guest bath just next to the kitchen.
A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
