Guests will be sent a private code to access the neighborhood and a separate code to access the lodge.
This home is located in the gated community of the Coosawattee River Resort. Guests have access to all amenities available to members of the resort. A total of 2 Adventure passes will be provided per reservation.
Pets are allowed for a certain fee, but should be communicated to us prior to arrival. Do let us know how many of your fur babies should we expect to arrive as well.
NO CATS; the owner is highly allergic.
Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract prior to their reservation
Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.
While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.
Firewood is not provided. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire.
Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
