Summary: The house was usable but could use a lot of work in the cleaning and maintenance departments. There were several posts in the front porch that were not secured, broken blinds and the pool area had a significant amount of weeds and mold. The house looked like it had not been cleaned before our arrival; moldy shower curtains, dirty bed skirts, dirty mattress protector, dirty walls, dirty/moldy lounge chair and pool floats, trash behind the nightstands and under the bed.
