Positive: The property had some great features, including spacious rooms, a nice backyard, a convenient location, and two parking spaces in front.
Negative: I noticed a few areas that could be improved: - The key lock box code provided was incorrect, causing a delay in accessing the property - The entrance hall/corridor light wasn't working - Some essentials were missing, such as kitchen tissue rolls, extra bin covers, a waste bin in the toilet, and additional bins upstairs - The property could have been cleaner in some areas, with dust on bulb shadings and window bases, and underneath the bed wasn't thoroughly cleaned - The backyard, while nice, had a significant amount of weed growth that could use some attention. - Additionally, I found pet hair in the downstairs visiting hall, which was a concern for my kids due to potential allergies or sensitivities.
