3 Bedroom House in Apple Valley
Due to concerns about COVID-19 we are adding a layer of clean to our 5 star protocol. After each guest's stay, doorknobs, light switches, handles, rails and countertops will be disinfected. A private home such as ours, in an area with wide open spaces to hike and exore in is a great way to vacation and diminish the likelihood of exposure to illness of any kind. Come enjoy with confidence!
This well appointed home has 3 bedrooms (2 queens 1 twin over full bunk), 2 baths, 2 living areas and a recreation room with full size ping pong, full size foozball table, and basket ball arcade. It is decorated smartly with your peace and comfort in mind. The kitchen is set with all the appliances and gadgets you’ll need plus some paper products, spices and condiments. The home accommodates children too as it has a high chair, pac and play, baby bedding, baby monitor, toys and books. For older kids and adults there are board games, puzzles, legos and a few movies.
After a day on the trails go to the downstairs bathroom to enjoy the infrared sauna and jetted tub with 2 headed shower. Relax on the large deck which has a umbrella table, BBQ, Adirondack chairs and a gas fire pit table for you to take in the amazing views of the Smithsonian and Canaan Mountains.
This comfy home is located near Zion National Park and World Class Mountain Biking Trails, such as Gooseberry Mesa. You'll be in awe just driving to the property. The sky is huge, and perfect for stargazing from the porch, or maybe you'll like the enormous boulders just off the deck. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing. This is what we call retreat heaven!
Other things to note
Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood 8 miles from Jem Trail head and 12 miles outside of Hurricane, Utah. World Class mountain biking is available at Gooseberry Mesa nearby. Zions park is about 30 minutes away via a dirt road, passable in dry weather with any vehicle.
We have high-speed internet available at the house.
Tenth guest uses aero bed or couch.
A Note About Cleaning Fees—
Your fee pays our housekeeper, and we rely on our guests to follow the checkout guidelines so the house can be cleaned in the standard time. Extra cleaning charges to us due to unusually messy conditions, or things not returned to the original locations will be passed on to the guest.
