The membership also provides entry to the Logan Steele Community Center, featuring an indoor pool, zero-depth entry spray park, whirlpool, steam room, sauna, fitness center, aerobic room, sports multipurpose room, cafe, indoor tot lot, outdoor playground, and wireless internet usage.
- 2024 Summer Season Update: (4 total Temporary Memberships available). For the 2024 Summer Season, a Temporary Membership is optional. CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Refund Details: Full refund for cancellations made 15-30 days or more prior to check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made 7-14 days prior to check-in (depending on your Channel Partner).
• Cancellation Process: A reservation is officially canceled when the guest notifies Mt. Maplewood Lodge in writing and obtains online cancellation in the booking system. Applicable taxes and credit card charges will be retained and remitted.
• Refunds: For a refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 14-30 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in. No refund is available for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. * Non-Refundable Option is Not Refundable.
• Early Departure: If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
• Acknowledgment: By booking this rental, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this document and the rental agreement.
• Damage Deposit and Insurance: A $500 refundable damage deposit is required. Additionally, guests may opt for Accidental Damage Insurance for added peace of mind.
