Enjoy this beautiful home sitting on the Gulf of Mexico. Wide open living with a panoramic view. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise on the dock and seeing dolphins swim by catching their breakfast. Visit The forgotten coast. this beautiful, open home will host your family vacation. Kayak right from the dock while fishing for Redfish, sea trout, catfish and mullet. Blue crabs and oysters can be seen in the shallow water. The house has a large, well stocked eat-in kitchen plus a bar area with a second small refrigerator. Plenty of seating at the large dining table, as well as a large card game table, plus barstools around the kitchen counter. The wide open living room has a great view of the gulf, as well as sectional couches and 2 recliners, all can see the 50' HDTV, (with Dish Network Wireless internet is available however it is satellite internet and very limited). The bedroom downstairs has 2 Full size beds and access to a bathroom with a huge walk in shower. Behind the kitchen is a queen sized futon, which can be walled off for privacy. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a king bed in one, a queen in the other. Both have access to the bath with shower and large Jacuzzi style tub. There is also another sectional sofa and 1 TV in loft sitting area upstairs a tv in the master bedroom and a dvd tv in the upstairs queen room. The pool is for guest of Mrs. Marys beach house only, The deck has has a table, numerous chairs and a gas grill. Large swimming pool is fenced and has ample deck room for sunning on the lounge chairs. The pool is approximately 4 foot deep throughout, with wide walk-in stairs. The area is very private, with most of the residents only here on the weekends and holidays.
