Mr. Ned's is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, single level home located on the river in the heart of Steinhatchee. Recently renovated approximately 3 years ago, a beautiful house with a premier location awaits you.
The master bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom is located just off the common great room and kitchen area. The second bedroom, also located off the common area, features a double bunkbed with a twin top, full bottom, and a futon that makes into another full. The third bedroom is tucked away down a private hallway featuring queen size bed. The 2nd full size bathroom is located close to the third bedroom.
Mr. Ned's is a great home for family vacations and will sleep eight family members comfortably. Also equally great for fishermen, as Mr. Ned's will sleep 6 people separately. Sorry we do not allow pets.
Mr. Ned's features a large open living and dining area, screened in porch and a spacious deck with spectacular views of the river and sunsets. A covered dock offering two slips available to our renters. One will accommodate up to a 30 foot vessel, and the other approximately a 20 foot vessel. If our guest have two larger boats, one may tie up on the outside finger uncovered. If you bring a 3rd boat, there will be a slip charge of $25.00 Per day and it must be approved in advance.. We also have a screened in room for cleaning on the dock. The cleaning room is for fish only. Scallops must be taken to the marinas or private cleaners in town. Located directly across the river from Steinhatchee River Club for fuel, boat rentals, and other boating needs. Also within walking distance of Riverside Wine and Spirits and multiple restaurants.
The property has a fenced in front yard, concrete driveway, and a laundry room in the covered breezeway. A large attached screened in porch is located off the great room area, flanked on both sides by decks that allow for sunning, entertaining, and spectacular views of the river. Our kitchen is fully equipped along with a 4-burner gas grill outside for grilling.
We also now have Internet service.
Steinhatchee is a golf cart community, so bring your golf cart with!
