6 Bedroom House in Whananaki North, Moureeses Bay
Our bach is fully kitted out for your great kiwi holiday. Beach right there. Acres of space indoors and out to relax in. Big decks, BBQ, hot outdoor shower and bath. Use of two kayaks. New part of bach, built 2016, consists of two beautiful double bedrooms (king beds), huge kitchen/dining/living all with magic beach views (photos taken on rainy day don't do it justice...). Two bathrooms. This part of the bach is great for up to two couples or smaller families. When you rent you get the whole house (old and new) to yourself. Bigger groups you can really spread out with 4 additional bedrooms (three double beds and a bunkroom with two sets of bunks) and a large games room with pool table in the older part of the bach. This part of the bach is a bit pokey and eccentric, hence the pretty low rate for additional guests (more than 4) and the cleaning cost being set on a per person basis (one off cost at end of stay). So a total of 6 bedrooms can accommodate up to 14 people. Ideal for two families to share. Large grounds with playing field. Moureeses is one of the best beaches in Northland. Surf at one end, launch a boat at the other. Great swimming, surfing, snorkeling diving, kayaking, fishing, day walks. Te Araroa trial passes just up the hill. Washing machine, dryer, two fridges, microwave, massive oven, commercial dishwasher ( 6 minute cycle). A caretaker is generally on site (lives separately) to help out with any issues/clean if requested. Special conditions: Waste water is metered over the summer months at the bach so we ask guests to flush only when necessary, take short indoor showers and not to overuse the washing machine. The commercial dishwasher recycles its water so is fine to use all the time. Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$15.00 per person); Linen (included);
